Hello, my name is Johnhancoff, Coff for short. Many of you may know me from the past. I joined Club Penguin War during November 2006 and I’m surprisingly still around here today but I’ve had many returns. Anyways here is my post. Hope you enjoy 
The Tundra Union was first established on October 9th, 2008. The Armies of Rebel Penguin Federation, Watex Warriors, Fort Ghost Recon, and Black Bandits agreed to an official Server Agreement of Tundra due to the amount of fighting to control the server for themselves.
The Rebel Penguin Federation, Watex Warriors, Fort Ghost Recon and Black Bandits were very close allies. The Quad had many practice battles to sustain being active. It was very effective. Each one of these armies had eachother’s back when an invasion came within Tundra.
Everyone would love to have these days happen again. Wouldn’t they?
Without Ziehen, the Tundra Union would’ve never happened. He was the man who appointed in creating the Tundra Union & was also the Tundra Union President. He followed out his plan: Also found HERE
Dear RPF members,
the Tundra Union – the members are the U.S.B.B., U.S.F.G.R., U.S.R.P.F., and N.O.W.W. – has been formed today. We got over the hardest issue: How do we share Tundra fairly? Options were:
a.) Everyone gets a Main Base plus 6 other servers (7 total), so that everyone gets an equal area (there are 30 rooms in total; equation: total-other=shared t-o=s 30-2=28/4=7 for each)
b.) Everyone gets a Main Base, but everyone has no patrolling responsibilties and all rooms are shared equally
We decided for option a. Having solved the hardest issue we all picked Main Bases:
U.S.B.B. – Dock
U.S.F.G.R. – Forest
U.S.R.P.F. – Town
N.O.W.W. – Beach

The Dojo and the P.S.A. Headquarters have been deemed either unnecessary to patrol for reasons of constant warfare, or for reasons of simple unnecessasity. However, the Dojo must be protected if the enemy’s intent is to beat an owning army in that room. It wouldn’t count, but we must protect innocent penguins!
Foreign armies are allowed on Tundra ONLY FOR PRIVATE USE! By that, we mean coming on not representing their army, but just themselves. Acceptable uses are: “Shopping”, Getting the Latest Pin, Visiting/Meeting Friends, Coming On To Read the Latest Newspaper Edition, etc. UNACCEPTABLE USES ARE: RECRUITING, CHANTING/COMPLIMENTING ANY ARMY OTHER THAN THE 4 TUNDRA ARMIES IF THEY ARE IN THEM, FIGHTING, TRESPASSING IN AN ILLEGAL MATTER.
In other news, The Tundra Union needs to appoint positions for each Leader or Leaders of the Nation. Here are the presdent Positions:
President – Ziehen (U.S.R.P.F.; selected for having done most to create this Treaty and Union; New President voted every month)
Vice-President – TBA
Others – TBA
And on a final note, the Tundra Union voted without objection to increase Spaceybirdy’s voting power ONLY in this Union to 60%, and to lower Wii Mountain’s to 40% (when representing the N.O.W.W.). This ensures that Spaceybirdy’s voice is heard and that she can pass bills for the N.O.W.W. without Wii Mountain’s consent. Remember: THIS ONLY APPLIES FOR THE TUNDRA UNION WHEN REPRESENTING THE N.O.W.W.! The WW can only veto Spaceybirdy’s decision by having AT LEAST 5 WW MEMBERS ON WW CHAT OBJECTING (WITH WII) TO HER DECISION DURING THE TIME OF THE MEETING.

The Tundra Union recently met about letting FGR in, after a tough discussion, a decision was decided.
Here is a picture of the statements made by RPF, WW, and BB about it. The final conclusion was sadly for FGR, No considering Tundra’s estate.

Nachos Declare War on Tundra
Screw you all, I think it sounds like fun! Let’s do this! So, RPF was recently accepted into the Tundra Union again (Wonder Why?) And WW, BB, some people I’ve never heard of, and WE are fighting against the Nachos as they invade our once proud server of Tundra. I have a couple ideas as to what we should do for this:
- Tell the Nachos that the Cat-Tank is up for sale somewhere in Detroit, and laugh as they all run away.
- Dress up as one color, say, blue, and wear one uniform, say, the puffle bandanna, so that the Nachos will be more intimidated by our unity, rather than if we we’re all separately fighting.
- Spray lots of environment harming chemicals into the Tundra Air, like hairspray, so when the Nachos arrive, they die of lack-of-ozone.
But seriously, I expect this to be a great way to get more troops, as well as get the people in RPF active.

April 17th, 2009 |||| Yeasterday evening the Watex Warriors invaded tundra, breaking the long standing tundra union alliance. RPF then held them back and I never heard the result of the battle. So as head of foreign affairs for RPF I am putting Tundra on the following codes/alerts…
June 7th, 2009 |||| Tundra is being invaded as a publicity stunt, and I believe that WW,RPF, and BB should come together and stop them…
June 30th, 2009 |||| Tundra is being invaded by ST,RFW,IW,DW,and FGR….
July 27th, 2009 |||| RPF will be helping to defend tundra tomorrow, against the nachos..
March 1st, 2010 |||| Over the weekend, the Ice Warriors (IW) invaded Tundra and captured it from us….
August 21, 2010 |||| RPF retrieve Tundra back from the Ice Warriors (IW) and still control it to this very day.
In Conclusion, RPF was basically the only army from the Tundra Union that fought its fullest for Tundra. We fought against ACP, Nachos, IW, ST, RFW, DW, WW and many more armies for the rights of Tundra. RPF came out with the Win of course. (Y)

Which armies would be in this if it came back?
The following armies own Tundra: WW, NW, and IW or RPF.
NW invaded WW’s part of Tundra September of 2010. In December or January, ACP would give their share of Tundra to WW.
Actually, there was that war between NW and ACP so now I have no clue -.-
My opinion is we create the same union on a different server. The only reason Tundra was valuable back then was because Watex went on it, and at the time watex was the biggest cp blogger. Also, the acp, iw, and nw might have a share in Tundra, which would make the alliance much harder to execute. I’ll be on chat at around 5:00 PST, talk to you then.
the tundra union had plenty pros and cons . But the main reason it was there so each of the army could get free land mostly get a very well protected server because someone invaded tundra they got many armies to fight there tundra would be a good zone just to screw over.
